Changing your Internet Access details

To change the phone number and your username details for accessing the Hotkey network, please select the operating system you use from the list below, then simply follow the instructions given.

Please note that where you are asked to enter your username, you will need to use your full Jeack email address eg fred@jeack.com.au. The phone number to dial is 019 838 0000 (this is a national number and should be a local call to everybody, but please double-check with your telephone provider to make sure. Hotkey cannot be held responsible for any STD charges you may incur).

Accessing your Account Information

Once there, simply click on the "My Account" menu option and when prompted type in the following information:

Username: <your full Jeack email address>
Password: <your password given to you by Jeack>
