The
second
day
of
the
third
phase
of
voluntary
surrender
and
collection
of
illegal
weapons
action
begins
Saturday
in
all
123
weapons
collection
points
and
the
interest
for
its
surrender
is
almost
everywhere
increased,
Operative
centre
reported.
The
third
phase
will
last
until
December
15.
After
this
date
an
amnesty
of
persons
that
possess
weapons
will
be
conducted
and
measures
will
be
taken
against
them
according
to
the
regulations
from
the
Criminal
Law
and
Law
on
Possessing
and
Carrying
Weapons.
Persons,
who
will
not
surrender
illegal
weapons
by
the
deadline
expiration
of
the
action,
will
not
have
the
chance
to
do
this
later
and
will
face
a
10-year
imprisonment
or
a
fine
of
300,000
to
500,000
Macedonian
Denar.
A
total
of
1,139
pieces
of
weapons
and
13,325
pieces
of
ammunition
of
different
calibre
and
82
kilos
of
explosives
were
collected
in
the
past
two-illegal
weapons
action
phases.
