Celebration
regarding
ASNOM
Great
Jubilee
in
Ohrid
Ohrid,

Marking
of
the
great
jubilee,
i.e.
60th
anniversary
of
ASNOM
has
begun
on
Sunday
in
Ohrid
region
with
national
gatherings
in
Velgosti,
Meseista
and
Velmej.
Bouquets
of
flowers
were
laid
in
Ohrid
City
Park
in
front
of
the
monuments
of
death
fighters
in
the
National
Liberation
War.
Traditional
gatherings
were
held
in
the
villages
of
Laktinje,
Debarca,
Place
and
Svinista
as
well.
A
gathering
also
took
place
at
Prentov
Bridge,
Rasanec
locality,
where
one
of
the
most
difficult
battles
against
Turks
took
place
in
1903.
A
small
swimming
marathon
will
take
place
today
regarding
the
holiday,
while
a
three-day
regatta
"60
Years
ASNOM
-
60
Sailboats
for
ASNOM"
ends.
Participants
from
Macedonia,
Bulgaria,
Romania,
Turkey,
Serbia
and
Montenegro,
Croatia,
Netherlands
and
Hungary
took
part
in
the
regatta.
