to
give
strength

your
people
to
boost
the
national
unity
and
to
build
more
noble
society
with
the
respect
of
different
identities,"
says
the
Pope
John
Paul
II
in
the
congratulation
note.
President
Putin
welcomed
the
intention
of
the
Macedonian
authorities
for
expansion
of
traditional
friendly
relations
between
the
two
countries.
"I
am
convinced
that
the
development
of
bilateral
cooperation
is
mutual
interest
of
the
Macedonian
and
Russian
nations.
I
wish
you
success,
peace
and
prosperity,"
Putin
says
in
the
note.
