Third
Path:
Deliberate
deterioration
of
interethnic
relations
in
Macedonia
Skopje,
August
5
(MIA)
-
The
coalition
"Third
Path",
composed
of
three
opposition
parties,
considers
that
the
interethnic
climate
in
Macedonia
are
being
deliberately
deteriorating
because
the
activities
of
opposition
parties
after
yesterday's
incident
in
Skopje
settlement
Cair
have
been
interpreted
as
ant-Albanian.
"We
appeal
to
the
consciousness
of
those
who
call
on
interethnic
conflict.
Our
campaign
has
nothing
to
do
with
anti-Albanian
feelings
but
with
defending
the
vital
state
interests,"
Democratic
Alternative
leader
Vasil
Tupurkovski
said
Thursday
at
a
press
conference.
The
coalition
reiterated
its
support
to
the
Macedonian
Orthodox
Church
efforts
to
protect
its
dignity
and
integrity.
"Macedonia
is
facing
the
most
difficult
period
and
there
is
no
justification
for
a
legal
project
that
will
divide
the
country,"
Democratic
Alliance
leader
Pavle
Trajanov
said,
calling
on
citizens
of
Macedonia
to
give
their
signature
for
referendum
on
power
decentralization
laws.
Starting
from
today,
the
coalition
will
visit
all
municipalities
in
the
country
to
convince
citizens
to
reject
the
new
territorial
organization.
