Struga
Crisis
Headquarters
on
Thursday
decided
Struga
Citizens
Charter
to
go
into
effect
immediately
due
to
Wednesday's
passing
of
the
Law
on
Territorial
Organization.
The
Charter
was
brought
on
August
8,
as
it
foresees
Struga
citizens
to
use
all
legitimate
and
democratic
forms
of
protests.
The
protest
of
Struga
citizens
will
be
expressed
by
total
boycott
of
the
forthcoming
local
elections,
sport
and
cultural
manifestations,
while
blockades
will
be
put
on
the
highways
and
regional
roads
in
Struga
and
the
whole
country
as
well.
The
Headquarters
announces
mass
protests
and
other
forms
of
civil
disobedience.
The
Headquarters
has
informed
the
Embassies,
consulates
and
international
organizations
in
the
country
about
the
citizens'
previous
and
future
activities.
According
to
the
Headquarters
Struga
Poetry
Evenings
should
take
place,
but
Macedonian
politicians
are
not
welcomed.
