- The
ROS-ROT
seminar
entitled
"The
progress
and
challenges
on
the
Balkans"
takes
place
in
Ohrid
on
Saturday,
along
with
the
participation
of
over
a
hundred
members
of
delegations
of
NATO
Parliamentary
Assembly,
experts
and
diplomats.
"The
most
safe
option
for
Macedonia
continues
to
be
the
full-fledged
NATO
membership",
Defense
Minister
Vlado
Buckovski
said
addressing
the
seminar.
Buckovski
said
that
key
elements
of
the
Action
Plan,
which
will
be
presented
in
Brussels
in
October,
would
be
the
political
criteria,
such
as
Framework
Agreement
implementation
and
Judiciary
system
reforms.
