The
100th
anniversary
from
the
death
of
one
of
the
greatest
ideologists
of
the
liberation
movement
of
the
Macedonian
people
at
the
end
of
the
19th
and
the
beginning
of
the
20th
century
Goce
Delcev
was
marked
Sunday
at
his
grave
in
church
"St.
Spas".
On
that
occasion,
Macedonian
President
Boris
Trajkovski,
Prime
Minister
Branko
Crvenkovski
and
Parliament
Speaker
Nikola
Popovski
laid
flowers
at
the
grave
of
this
great
man.
Pontiff
of
the
Macedonian
Orthodox
Church
Stefan
also
held
a
sermon,
in
which
he
said,
"Macedonia
has
grieved
for
100
years
for
Goce,
for
the
'gemidzii',
for
the
Ilinden
fighters,
for
the
komitadzis
and
the
voivodes.
We
grieve,
but
we
are
proud
at
the
same
time
of
all
those
that
gave
everything
that
had
for
Macedonia-
they
gave
their
lives".
