sign
one
of
the
most
talented
players
in
Macedonia,
Robert
Popov,
and
Bosnian
striker
Emir
Obuca
subject
to
medicals.
The
21-year-old
Popov
will
join
from FK
Belasica
GC
on
a
five-year
contract
provided
he
recovers
fully
from
recent
knee
surgery.
"I
know
that
Litex
are
a
very
good
team,"
said
Popov,
who
will
"play
as
a
right-sided
defender".
It
was
in
such
a
role
that
he
impressed
in
the
2-2
UEFA
EURO
2004
qualifying
match
against
England
in
Southampton.
Popov
was
named
Macedonian
Footballer
of
the
Year
in
2001
and
2002.
Obuca,
24,
is

on
the

of

Sarajevo.
He
will
sign

four-year
contract
and
his
new
coach,

training
after
arriving
from
Latvian
side

Ventspils.
