FK
Pobeda
have
named
Nikola
Ilievski
as
their
new
coach.
The
former
Macedonia
coach
replaces
Dragan
Kanatlarovski,
who
is
to
concentrate
fully
on
his
own
duties
as
national-team
coach.
"Pobeda
have
a
great
team
with
many
good
players
who
have
played
for
the
national
team,"
said
Ilievski,
whose
side
lead
the
Macedonian
First
League
by
a
point
at
the
winter
break.
"The
battle
for
the
championship
will
be
very
tough.
Four
or
five
teams
are
candidates
for
first
place
but
I
hope
Pobeda
will
win."
Ilievski
has
been
in
charge
of
Pobeda
before,
leading
them
into
the
first
round
of
the
2000/01
UEFA
Cup
where
they
lost
against
Parma
AC.
