The
executive
committee
of
the
Macedonian
Football
Union
has
made
some
significant
rule
changes
for
next
season.
The
Macedonian
Premier
League
will
now
comprise
12
teams
and
the
season
will
be
split
into
two
halves.
In
the
first
half,
the
teams
will
play
each
other
home
and
away.
In
the
second
half,
they
play
each
other
once
more,
with
the
higher
placed
sides
enjoying
home
advantage
in
more
games.
At
the
end
of
the
season
two
teams
will
be
relegated
from
the
first
division
and
two
will
be
promoted
from
the
second.
The
executive
committee
has
also
decided
that
second
division
teams
cannot
have
foreign
players
in
their
squads.
